YIN YOGA works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians.

HATHA YOGA is practiced at a slower pace, with focus on the breath, controlled movements and stretching. We have beginner, intermediate and all level Hatha classes to cater your needs.

INSIDE FLOW YOGA is different from any other Vinyasa classes which you need to move with the beat of the music and embody the energy of the song.

ASHTANGA YOGA is a dynamic and athletic form of hatha yoga, each student moves independently, according to the timing of their own breath, through the sequence of postures according to their levels given by the teacher. The teacher will give assistance, instruction, and guidance as needed on a one on one basis. Our Co-Founder CK Chong is one of the only 3 authorized ashtanga teachers in Malaysia.
